Educational Safaris & Tours
For Universities, Colleges and Schools
Africanzoom Adventures has a strong background rooted in education within international schools. We are inherently interested in providing an ongoing program of educational experiences. These cover a wide range of needs. Leadership is a common theme we explore. It is our deep connection of contacts not only in education, but throughout southern and eastern Africa, that has allowed us to generate strong programs, suitable for students from various backgrounds. It is our understanding of the classroom and Africa, that allows us to know what will work for you and your classes, in the African ‘bush’.
It is our knowledge of working with schools and colleges, with students. in and out, of the school classroom, at home and abroad, that allow us to consider the best solutions for any given group. We take your request very seriously, and understand the responsibility you are undertaking. Various schools and organizations currently use our services, and are willing to use our programs that we have provided them. We look forward to working with you, and to help in any way possible.
We will provide for you, a life time changing experience, promoting lifelong learning. This is our personal goal. To create an awareness, and an inherent interest in the world around us, with the long term wish, that we will inherently care for the earth, for the coming future generations.
All educational packages are tailor-made for each group and their specific needs and interests.
Students and Youth Adventure Special in Tanzania
Tanzania is well known for the many fossil sites found in the Great Rift Valley. Research in Paleontology is focused on these sites with a view to reconstruct the evolutionary history of our own, and other animal species.
Past climatic and environmental changes led to the evolution of the many different plant and animal species in East Africa today. Numerous important fossil specimens collected over the years comprise an impressive national collection. Documentation of these fossils, the majority of which range in age between 2.0 and 3.6 million years ago, is extremely important. Scientists from all over the world come to study and learn about the evolutionary history of our own species; Homo Sapiens.
